We didn’t know what to expect walking into this amazing, well decorated restaurant. We came for lunch and left with great service and yummy food in our stomach! Every room had such great detail there is no doubt that the exact restaurant in New York looks any different. We will definitely come back.

One of my favorite places to eat in Universal Studios -- the service is great, which is unfortunately not always the case with park restaurants. Every server we've had has been a total sweetheart. The food is good, too, and honestly pretty reasonably priced for a park restaurant also. I always seem to end up ordering the vegan pasta (even when I tell myself that I'll try something new) because it's just fresh and lovely. The spinach and artichoke dip is also good. We'll definitely be back again!

I stopped in for a late lunch while I took a break from the parks in the heat. I always try to eat here at least once every time I come to Universal on vacation. The past couple of years I wasn't able to eat here because my budget was super tight and when I found out they updated the menu I knew I had to this time. My server was Trevor and he was very nice and accommodating with adjustments I needed to make with my order. I also really appreciate that even though I was the only person at the table he didn't try to rush me out. I wasn't in the mood for anything super heavy so I just stuck to the appetizer section of the menu. I ordered the tuna poke the calamari which were so good that if it weren't for the fact that I still had half a day in the parks ahead of me I would have taken a second order of both back to my hotel! The tuna poke was nice and chilled with lots of flavor but not overly marinated (some places drown their poke in lots of marinade) and was very refreshing. It normally comes with wasabi and red onions in it but I told him to leave that out and he made sure it was made to my liking. The wonton chips that came with it were very light, airy, and crunchy but not at all oily and it even came with a lime on the side to squeeze onto the fish. This was my first time putting lime juice on my poke and it added a nice citrus flavor which enhanced the flavor of the poke. The calamari was fried to the perfect texture and there was only a little bit of light breading on it and it wasn't super oily or salty which is a nice change compared to most other calamari that I have had over the years. It was served with marinara sauce on the plate and a half of a lemon which was charred on the grill which in my opinion makes the lemon flavor better. You can tell that all the ingredients are super fresh and everything was simple but prepared right (lots of ingredients doesn't always make a dish better). Even though I have always loved this place and eating here is a tradition for me I have to say that they have definitely improved since the last time I dined here and on my next trip to the parks I will definitely try more things on the menu. There are lots of sit down options on the Universal Studios Resort property, however I highly recommend you choose Lombard's as one of your options during your vacation! I can't wait to come back!

This review is based on a legit seafood restaurant sitting inside a theme park truly a hidden gem imo! step out of the busy people filled street in Florida heat into a upscale, chilled spot with a beautiful saltwater aquarium placed right in the middle of the downstairs seating. If it were not in a theme park I’d probably do 4 star. But it’s not so here’s to 5 stars! -indoor and outdoor -upstairs and down stairs -cleanest bathrooms in the park -gluten free options -don’t forget we’re talking about a restaurant in a theme park! -tuna app is fantastic -cappuccino slaps if you need one -never had a bad waiter or waitress -never had a bad meal here -never visited universal and not eaten here -located across from Dagon Alley so you can hit ice cream or butter beer right after This place will let you escape the park life just long enough to yearn for more. Whoever decided to put this in the park, BRAVO!

The Sausalito Chicken Sandwich is the best sammy I've had at ANY theme park! The fries have vastly improved from the last few months. We will be back again and again. *edit* Had lunch on the balcony, perfect spot on property! The fries, even though they have been updated, are still bad. I'd rather get the fries from Richters and bring them over to have with the chicken sandwich. C'mon guys! Please give us better fries.

A great place for the whole family! Perfect for vegetarians, meat lovers, and even picky kids. It offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and a lovely view. With generous portions, you definitely won’t leave hungry. @ksyfate

The ambience was so calm and serene. Absolutely loved being there. Had Shrimp Alfredo and The Wharf Burger. They had halal beef and the chef himself came and explained to us and showed us a paper that said the beef was halal. The food was very delicious and the staff was very cooperative. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Universal Studios.

They are not cheap, but the quality speaks for itself. Portions are large, flavors are spectacular and I feel like I get what I paid for. Waiter made good calls too when asked about substitutes for Keto diet needs. Tino, you did great!
